Q.Why do I have to reserve ? Can’t I just hail you down in the street like a taxi ?
A.French transport law states that all of the clients in each of our vehicles must have a pre-booked reservation.
Q. When are Parishuttle phone lines operating ?
A. Parishuttle office is open from 7am to 8pm
Q. Are Parishuttle shuttles non smoking? Air conditionned? How many do they seat ?
A. All shuttle are non smoking and air conditioned. They have both 8 seater vans and 14 seater vehicles.
Q. How do I call from the Airport ?
A. You can call from any public phone at the airport , no cards or coins required, by dialing the toll free number. (this toll free number will be written on your confirmation /voucher)
Q. Why do I have to call a toll free number before luggage if I reserved before?
A. It is best to call the toll free number before claiming luggage so that we can decrease your waiting time at the airport.
Q. Do I need a phone card or Euro coins?
A.No cards or coins required.
Q. How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?
A. Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before transfer with no charge.
Q. What's up if my arriving flight is delayed ?
A.We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of the carrier. After this time we will try our hardest possible to transfer you, but we cannot undertake any responsibility if this is not possible.
